Accessibility Statement

OG PONY LLC ("OG PONY," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making the website at https://og-pony-llc.com (the "Site") usable by the widest possible audience, including people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. This statement describes the standard we work to, the measures implemented, the limitations we know of, and how to report a problem.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, which requires content to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Level AA is the benchmark most commonly referenced by regulators, procurement policies, and courts in the United States.

This statement reflects a partial conformance claim: the Site has been designed and reviewed against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and we believe the substantial majority of success criteria are met, subject to the known limitations below. No independent third-party audit or formal VPAT has been commissioned at this time.

Measures We Have Implemented

  • Verified color contrast. Text and background color pairings used across the Site have been checked against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast thresholds — a minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and meaningful interface components. Combinations that failed were adjusted before publication.
  • Reduced motion support. The Site honors the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Visitors who have enabled a reduced-motion preference at the operating system level are served a version in which decorative animation, parallax movement, and non-essential transitions are suppressed or substantially reduced.
  • Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements — links, buttons, menu controls, and form fields — can be reached and activated using the keyboard alone, in a logical reading order, without requiring a pointing device and without keyboard traps.
  • Visible focus indicators. Focus styles are retained and made clearly visible so that keyboard users can always identify which element currently has focus. Default browser focus outlines are never removed without an equally visible replacement.
  • Text alternatives. Informative images carry descriptive alternative text conveying their content or function. Decorative images are marked so that assistive technologies skip them rather than announcing meaningless filenames.
  • Semantic HTML. Pages are built with meaningful markup — properly nested headings that describe the document outline, landmark regions for navigation and main content, real lists for list content, and native controls in preference to custom widgets — so that screen readers and other assistive technologies can interpret and navigate the structure reliably.
  • Descriptive link text and resizable layout. Links state their destination in the link text itself, and the layout reflows and supports browser zoom to at least 200 percent without loss of content or functionality.

Known Limitations

We publish these limitations openly rather than claiming full conformance:

  • Portfolio imagery. Some portfolio pieces are inherently visual — brand systems, 3D renderings, photography, and motion work. Alternative text describes the subject and purpose of these pieces, but a text description cannot fully substitute for the visual experience.
  • Embedded video. Video content presented on the Site may not yet carry captions, transcripts, or audio description in every case. We are working to add these progressively, and we will supply a transcript on request for any video hosted on the Site.
  • Third-party resources. Fonts and open-source libraries are loaded from external content delivery networks. We select and configure these resources with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their internals.
  • Contact form. The contact form opens your own email application through a mailto: link. The experience beyond that point is determined by your email client, which is outside our control.
  • Assistive technology variation. Behavior can differ across combinations of browser, operating system, and screen reader. We test against common configurations but cannot verify every combination.

Assessment Approach

Accessibility is assessed through automated tooling — which detects contrast failures, missing alternative text, and heading order problems — supplemented by manual testing: keyboard-only navigation, verification of focus order and visibility, review of the heading outline, exercise of the reduced-motion preference, and screen reader review. Checks are performed before publication and again whenever a page is materially modified.

Legal Context

In the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has been widely interpreted by courts and by the Department of Justice to apply to the websites of businesses serving the public, with WCAG 2.1 Level AA most frequently cited as the practical measure of an accessible website. Related requirements arise under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and under state accessibility laws, including in Colorado. We treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our working standard for this Site and for the products we build for clients, and regard accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time certification.

To help us reproduce and resolve the issue quickly, please include where possible:

  • The web address (URL) of the page concerned.
  • A description of the problem and what you were trying to do.
  • Your browser and operating system, and their versions.
  • Any assistive technology you were using, such as a screen reader, magnifier, or voice control software, and its version.

Response Timeframe

We aim to acknowledge every accessibility report within five business days and to provide an assessment, including a proposed remedy and expected timeline, within fifteen business days of acknowledgment. Barriers preventing access to essential information or to our contact details are treated as a priority. Where a fix requires a longer development cycle, we will tell you what we are doing, when we expect it to be complete, and supply the requested content by email in an accessible format at no cost in the meantime.
