Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the position of OG PONY LLC ("OG PONY," "we," "us," or "our") on cookies and similar technologies in relation to the website at https://og-pony-llc.com (the "Site"). Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. On later visits, the browser sends it back, allowing that website to recognize the browser and retrieve what the cookie holds. Cookies are classified as first-party or third-party by who sets them, as session or persistent by how long they last, and by purpose as strictly necessary, functional, analytics, or advertising.
Related technologies serve comparable purposes without being cookies in the technical sense: local storage, session storage, web beacons or tracking pixels, and browser fingerprinting.
This Site Sets No Cookies
The Site is a static website: plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files served directly by our hosting provider, with no backend application, no database, no content management system, no user accounts, and no session mechanism of any kind. As a direct consequence, the Site places no cookies whatsoever on your device. Specifically:
- No strictly necessary cookies. No logins, shopping carts, session identifiers, CSRF tokens, or load-balancing cookies, because there is no server-side state to maintain.
- No functional or preference cookies. No language choices, display preferences, or consent records are stored on your device.
- No analytics cookies. No Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible, or equivalent measurement script runs on the Site.
- No advertising or social media cookies. No advertising pixel, remarketing tag, conversion tracking, or embedded social widget that would set an identifier.
- No local storage, session storage, web beacons, or fingerprinting. The Site does not identify, profile, or follow visitors across pages, sessions, or websites.
Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing tracks you, no cookie banner, consent management platform, or opt-out mechanism is displayed. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to withdraw consent from.
Third-Party Resources Loaded by the Site
While the Site sets no cookies, it loads two categories of external resource so that pages render correctly: web fonts and open-source front-end libraries. Your browser connects directly to the provider's servers to fetch them. Those providers set no cookies through the Site, but they necessarily receive the technical information any web request carries — principally your IP address, required to return the file to you.
| Provider | Purpose | Data received |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) | Delivery of the web typefaces used in the Site's design, so that text renders as intended across devices. | IP address, user-agent string, referring page URL, requested font file, date and time. No cookie is set through the Site. |
| jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) | Delivery of open-source JavaScript and CSS libraries used for layout, animation, and interface behavior on the Site. | IP address, user-agent string, referring page URL, requested library file, date and time. No cookie is set through the Site. |
These providers are independent controllers of the data they receive and process it under their own privacy policies. OG PONY does not receive, access, or aggregate that data. If you prefer to block these requests entirely, a browser extension can do so, though this may affect the appearance of the Site.
Server Logs
Independently of cookies, our hosting provider records standard server access logs when a page or file is requested. These logs typically contain the visitor's IP address, date and time, URL requested, HTTP status code, bytes transferred, browser user-agent string, and referring URL where the browser transmits one.
Server logs are not cookies: they are created on the server, not on your device, and cannot be refused through browser settings. They are kept for security monitoring and technical troubleshooting, retained for a limited period under the hosting provider's schedule, and are not used to build visitor profiles.
Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Although this Site sets no cookies, you may wish to review or restrict cookies set by other websites. Every major browser provides controls for viewing, blocking, and deleting cookies, usually within its privacy or site-settings menu:
- Google Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies and Site settings.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, for Enhanced Tracking Protection and Cookies and Site Data.
- Apple Safari: Settings or Preferences, then Privacy. On iOS, use Settings, then Safari.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, and Privacy, search, and services.
- Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, and other Chromium browsers: Equivalent controls under Privacy and security or Shields.
Blocking all cookies will not affect your use of this Site, since it uses none, but it may break other websites.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit a Do Not Track (DNT) header, and some browsers and extensions transmit a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, recognized as a valid opt-out mechanism under several United States privacy laws, including in Colorado and California. Because the Site performs no tracking, sets no cookies, and neither sells nor shares personal information for targeted advertising, our behavior already matches full compliance with a DNT or GPC signal for every visitor, whether or not one is sent. We honor these signals and would continue to do so if our configuration ever changed.
Changes to This Policy
We commit to updating this Cookie Policy before introducing any cookie, local storage entry, analytics script, advertising tag, or comparable tracking technology on the Site. If such a technology is ever introduced, we will describe it here in full — name, purpose, provider, duration, and category — update our Privacy Policy accordingly, and implement any consent mechanism required by law before it becomes active. Until such an update is published, you may rely on the statement above that this Site sets no cookies. Any revision will be posted on this page with a revised date.
